My workout routine used to be random without much success. After training with Jolynn, I can definitely see the results! During each session, she pushes me to my full potential and cheers me on through my mental blocks. Besides the personalized training sessions, Jolynn has suggested clean eating plans that work with me to help me reach my goals. Thank you Jolynn!

Over the past few years, I have considered myself to be fairly active and ambitious with cardio. I spent most of my time running and being afraid of weights, therefore not having much definition. After seeing how well one of my friends had transformed herself and finding out that it was from Jolynn's assistance, I decided to try it out for myself. I remember after my 15 minute intro session, I was SORE! I knew then that I could benefit from the sessions and that it was something that I wanted to do for myself. My goal was to tone and build muscle definition. I started going to Jolynn in January 2012 and have since found a new addiction! In the time that I have trained with her I have increased muscle definition, improved my balance, and learned a lot about nutrition. Within the first three months, I was able to improve my half marathon time by 8 minutes, thanks to a stronger core and legs. Jolynn's one on one sessions in her private studio are great. She is a great motivator and full of knowledge. She's always there to answer questions based on exercise and nutrition. I feel great and healthy now thanks to Jolynn! I recommend her to anyone that's willing to try something new!

Just wanted to say thank you... after only 30 min a week for 12 weeks I can honestly say I feel great. Where should I begin… I have been a “health seeker” for most of my adult life. I have tried every latest workout trend that has come out in the past 10 years, belonged (or should I say donated) to almost every gym in town and tried lots of different “diets.” Well with all that hard work (yeah right) in August 2011 I hit my heaviest weight yet. I was extremely unhappy and really needed (and wanted) to do something. Jolynn and I have been friends for a couple years now. Knowing she was a personal trainer, I knew I needed to contact her ASAP!! I can honestly say that phone call was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Jolynn has taught me so much about weights and nutrition, she really has been my rock throughout my journey. Jolynn has truly changed my life! Jolynn Toma is not only a great fitness competitor but she is a fantastic personal trainer. Jolynn has the motivation and patience that many do not. She has great technique and there is a rhyme and reason for all her madness! She might get you up at 5:00 am make you do lunges, squats, play catch with the medicine ball, do 20 box jumps, followed by 2 miles on the treadmill... but it pays off. She knows what she's doing, trust me! After that great workout your metabolism is in high gear for the rest of the day. She's not one of those mean trainers that screams at you or makes you feel like you will never get it. It's the complete opposite with her. She makes you feel like you can and will do it, it might not be today and maybe not tomorrow but you will do it and she will help you. She can teach anyone from someone like me who didn't really know much about working out except that it wasn't fun (which it is now) to an experienced fitness competitor a lot about fitness. In a group workout Jolynn will alter the workout for different people based on what their fitness level or capabilities are without making anyone feel awkward or inferior all while everyone is having fun working out together. Jolynn has the patience of a saint when it comes to showing you how to do something correctly... yes even if it takes her 30 times showing you. She will laugh right along with you when you feel silly doing a particular exercise move. She is always finding new ways to make working out fun, yes I said fun. I never knew working out could be a good time until I met Jolynn. She started out being my personal trainer and at the end I gained a great friend. Jolynn knows just how to push you to your limits and even a little past what you think you can do, but at the same time knows when you've had enough. She loves proving to people that they can do things they never thought they could. She gives great guidance and advice when it comes to your goals. Jolynn understands that every person is different and their fitness levels and goals are all unique. I greatly admire Jolynn's knowledge and talent of fitness and all that is encompasses. Jolynn truly is amazing at what she does and I would recommend her to anyone.
